Stephanie has had over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leading executive search firms and large corporations in financial services and commerce such as Prudential, AIA, JPMorgan, AECOM and the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Her work helping companies recruit the best talent has brought her into contact with successful business professionals from diverse functional experience, industries, and cultural backgrounds.
Stephanie has managed teams of in-house recruiters with a focus on developing their advisory capabilities and a mind-set of continuous improvement. Volunteering for a second year in Project A-Players, Stephanie is passionate about sharing what she has learnt from her professional interactions with City University students to help them achieve a fulfilling career in the working world and stay positive and resilient in the challenging and ever-changing business environment.
Born in Singapore, Stephanie studied at South Island School in Hong Kong and graduated from Reed College, Portland, Oregon with a B.A. History.
