Louise has been in the retail and wholesale industry for the past 30 years in store operations, marketing, leasing, and customer service. She has been an experienced trainer providing on the job coaching to front line staff in companies such as Hong Kong Jockey Club and DFS HK.
Louise has been a mentor for the University of Hong Kong since 2000. Each year, she is assigned one or two students and has now over 36 mentees in the family. She has enjoyed coaching, listening, talking, and fun times with them. It has helped her to bridge the gap between the new generation and understand more about them. Louise is also the Presidential Advisor to the President of Junior Chamber International Peninsula this year. JCI is a not-for-profit that empowers young business professionals to make a positive change in the business world. Throughout the years, she was the Chapter Advisor and has served as the National President in 1996 and 1999.
Louise is a graduate of the Chinese University in 1986 (Bachelor of Social Science and majoring in Government and Public Administration and minor in Psychology). She further attained her EMBA degree from CUHK in 2006 and Juris Doctor Degree from City University of Hong Kong in 2015.
