Shukyi has an extensive background Human Resources and Employee Relations and has held a number of senior regional management roles. She has worked in a number of sectors including the public sector, pharmaceuticals and financial services in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Her strength is in people development, advising managers on the hiring and development of top talent. Having received positive feedback from colleagues that they have learnt a great deal from her, has made her consider doing more for those who may need coaching and guidance. She also considers herself privileged in being able to continually learn and grow from others inside and outside of the workplace. In the past, she has provided coaching on interview skills for secondary school students and university students in Hong Kong.
