She has over 25 years’ experience in corporate Human Resources and Total Reward areas in global companies including State Street Bank and Trust Company, AS Watsons Group, AIA Group Limited, Prudential Corporation Asia, BP Plc. and British American Tobacco Limited. She enjoys working with people of different cultural background. She consults organizations to solve their people issues and coaches individuals to excel themselves. Norris received her MBA from the University of Durham and is a Certified Masterties Coach of the International Association of Coaching.
