Brett is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 22 years experience working in the construction industry. He began his career with a design consultancy but soon after joined a contractor to be closer to the action and to learn how things actually get built. He has been involved in the construction of a number of MTR stations and the conversion of CLP’s Blackpoint Power Station from coal to gas-powered to meet 2020 emission standards. Brett has managed and mentored a number of young engineers in the course of his career. He has a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Imperial College and is an avid musician in his spare time.
