Ami has had a long standing career in search, handling assignments in a range of industries with a strong focus in the consumer goods, retail, sourcing and industrial sectors. Her breadth of experience includes placing senior level talent into regional and single market roles, as well as partnering with colleagues and clients internationally, on global searches. She has worked with multinational and emerging companies alike, focussing mainly on recruiting for positions based in Asia, especially the Greater China region.

Prior to joining August Leadership, Ami has spent most of her career with global executive search firms Korn Ferry and Boyden with over 15 years at the Partner level. Ami holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia and Masters degree in Human Resources management from the University of London.

Ami has been involved in many opportunities to teach and mentor students over the past decade.
