Our Objectives

The “Project A-Players” provides a one-to-one approach to support the development and readiness of university students as they transition from education to the world of work.

Through a carefully paired coaching relationship with a business professional, the student experiences safe exchange of ideas and guidance on how to thrive in a world of work increasingly characterized by change and uncertainty.

The coaching experience is anchored on a future-focused competency framework which supports the student to achieve heightened self-awareness, a strong sense of ownership, and confidence to chart a life full of purpose and possibilities.

Through sharing their real-life experiences with students, coaches will in turn have an opportunity for self-reflection and re-orientation as they guide them on how to navigate the rapidly evolving workplace.
